Malin Hornkvist
Nervous system coach and breathwork educator
1,400+ classes. Thousands of people. Real results.
I spent four years teaching at Breathe Degrees, working with every kind of client. I learned what works and what doesn’t.
I teach nervous system training grounded in physiology, not motivation.
What I saw
Most methods push intensity or chase calm. People needed something in the middle, where the nervous system actually learns to shift state on purpose.
So I created RhythmReset™. Structured. Repeatable. Based on physiology. Not performance.
Results I’ve seen
Recovery
People in recovery finding stability.
Mental health
Patterns shifting with skills that stick.
Performance
Athletes building capacity they can access.
Medical
Parkinson’s and COPD managed with training.
Teams
Companies returning year after year.
Self-regulation
People learning to regulate themselves.

Why I do this
I’ve worked with athletes, people in recovery, professionals, and people with medical conditions. When people train their nervous system properly, things shift.
Stress doesn’t hijack them. Emotions don’t overwhelm them. They can think and choose. That is physiology. When your system learns flexibility and can move between states on purpose, more becomes possible.
I’m not here to fix anyone. I teach how the system works and give tools to train it yourself. The rest follows.
Where I come from
I was raised in northern Sweden. Show up. Stay composed. Handle it. There is also warmth and humor. If there is room in the heart, there is room for everyone.
I carry both. Steadiness and tenderness. Push and recovery. Effort and ease. You don’t have to choose between strength and softness.
