60 minutes
Breathwork, yoga, deep stretch, or a soundbath. One thing, done properly.
60 minutes, combined
50 minutes of yoga into a 10-minute soundbath.
75 minutes, combined
45 minutes of yoga, then 30 minutes of breathwork.
Half day or full day
Retreat format — several sessions built around your group and your schedule.

Immersive audio
With headsets on, the room goes away. You stop hearing the person next to you, the air conditioning, the door. You set your own volume. Up to twenty people.
Bigger groups work without headsets. It becomes shared rather than private. No cap on numbers.
